After having worked on regional and international projects (Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Nicaragua, Indonesia), cooking, opening surf resorts and restaurants, I'm currently based between Prague and a mountain cabin in the Giant mountains, working as a freelance consultant, chef, project manager and environmentalist. These days I travel less frequently than before with more purpose-driven intentional leaves, usually for shorter periods of time. I see myself as an open-minded and outgoing person.
