I love couch surfing. I host friends and family back in Australia regularly, and we always have alot of fun.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Anything that strikes a chord. At the moment, Ed Sheeran, a few Scottish folk songs, some frank Sinatra and Taylor Swift.
Books: I'm not a very good reader, but I try. I loved the Sicilian and the godfather, and usually like crime. I've been on a bit of a romance bender lately though.
Movies! Anything that's not horror with a good story.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During last summer I went kayaking with 2 friends into Port Phillip bay. We kayaked for 4 hours, and it was a calm relaxed day. Within a few minutes though, we were in some of the roughest waters in the world as we ventured into Bass straight. The waves were double and triple the height of our boats and we used every skill we knew to stay afloat. Then one of my friends turned her boat around and started surfing the waves! This was far more fun that just trying to survive, and within minutes we had surfed the waves back to safety, and began to make our way back for a long night of beer and stories.

I'm a big lover of food, so if you're interested in some Australian classic foods, like pies, cakes and stews.
I am pretty good with computers and am basically an overqualified plumber :p

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can fix more or less any of your technology. I can cook very well, and am really interested in what you guys cook. I love talking, and even with thick accents I can understand most things said in English, Italian, French or Spanish.
