I grew up on a farm near Parkes in NSW, Australia.
I currently work in mining in Australia as an Engineer. I am always outdoors trying a new hobby, pulling somthing apart and making something new.
I enjoy cooking and trying new cuisines, especially seafood.
All my free time from work I spend travelling to experience different cultures, meeting new people and exploring different places.

I am taking a trip to New Caledonia over 2017 New Years and would like to meet and stay with locals. It would be great to meet some new friends and return the favour of couchsurfing.

The most rewarding thing I have done is hiking the Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea for charity last year. I definitely recommend!

My parents always taught me to value and respect our environment, wherever that maybe. I live by this with all the places I travel to. If I enjoyed a place, I make sure the next person can to.
