I've been traveling for 18 months now in total and I really love it. Before I turned 18 I had never left England before, so now I am making up for lost time meeting great people, experiencing different cultures and seeing the world! I definitely prefer quiet less touristy attractions and my traveling has made me develop a slight hate for cameras and excessive selfies, I try to avoid seeing everything through the lens of a camera (sometimes I fail... : S )
My true passion in life would be anything aquatic. I've always been a huge fish geek and only just discovered 18 months ago. There are now so many things I want to see in diving/ snorkeling and I am now basing my traveling mostly around these dreams. My ultimate dream would be to dive regularly with sharks (all kinds and sizes) and to raise awareness of how amazing they are and how peaceful they can really be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had great fun traveling already, but I've struggled to properly experience the true local cultures before and to really get to know the local people. I've a few friends who couchsurf and they had loads of fun and really strongly recommend it so I'd like to give it a go.

Music, Movies, and Books

I genuinely appreciate all music at the right time. When I'm out partying though my favorite music has to be Trance, on another day I like to relax and listen to Classical music! I'm very open in my taste of music.
I love fantasy movies and my all time favorite has to be The Lord Of The Rings

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My proudest achievement and one my of my favorite memories was doing my Padi Divemaster course in the Philippines for 2 months. When I started I had only dived a few times before and I wasn't exactly a fish in the water. However two months on I am now a confident diver who has led many dives and seen some amazing things!
My favourite dives (I cant pick just one : P) was in Malapascua, the Philippines, where I dived with my first Shark, the beautiful Thresher Shark. My other favorite was a drift dive also in the Philippines which was just so beautiful and exciting and even came with a little nitrogen narcosis! : P

What I Can Share with Hosts

I hope I can share my stories and experiences with my hosts and really share my passion and love for diving and our oceans. I'm really just looking to have some fun and meet new friends and make happy memories.
