Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am planning an extended tour thru South America at the moment. I hear CS is a good way to travel on a budget, and a good chance to see and understand places a little better, with the help of people who are kind enough to lend a couch to sleep on and show me around their home city.

I don't know...I have had my share of amazing experiences and met amazing people. I can't recall a specific event or achievement of mine that I can flat-out call 'amazing'. But I really do consider the best parts of my life (and others) to be string of amazing happenings in themselves..so yeah
