I'm from beautiful New Zealand, lived in Australia (4yrs) and Singapore (2yrs). Traveled all over SEA when living in Singapore, and since the borders opened up I have been back out there seeing the world. This year's travel includes Croatia, Malta, Sicily, Morocco, Spain/Gibraltar, Austria, Germany, England, Netherlands, Belgium, and maybe Kazakhstan after my 90 days in Schengen is up, let's see!
I am a competitive table tennis player, every country I visit I track down the local table tennis club for a game with locals. Safe to say New Zealand doesn't hold a candle to most Asian countries in this sport.
Have very limited Couchsurfing experience, I made the account in 2017 and usually opted for Airbnb/hotels. Let's see how this goes...

I'm living and traveling on a budget, working remotely for a New Zealand based company. Since I'll be staying weeks or months in each country I'd like to learn about how people live there, rather than just being a tourist. Looking forward to meeting people from all walks of life.

Plenty of music from old to new. I have an extensive cd collection back home, almost 700 albums now.
Action movies, serious movies, movies that make you think...
But also enjoy comedy genre, maybe I can also watch some movies from your country while visiting.
Each year I try to read 20 books, mostly fiction but some self help and autobiographies, there is always something new to learn.
