Hello there!

My name is Matt and I restarted using Couchsurfing for a short trip to Bulgaria. I should go there for a wedding, but I decided to stay a few days more because I would like to enjoy this country a bit more (I lived in Sliven for a volunteering project in a web radio in 2017).

I don't draw, I don't paint... but really love interacting with creative people! I'm running a blog named Cowboys from space in which I collect stories about art, photography, music and travel.

In general I like wandering around the places (trying not to get lost because my orientation is terrible) and taking pictures. And sitting down with the guest in front of a cup of coffee, tea, mate.

P.S.: I'm from Italy, but I'm a bad cook!

I'm kidding (well...). But I would really love to get in touch with new people. In the past 3 years I didn't travel so much (except for 2 short international projects in Hungary and in Latvia) and miss that feeling to stay in an unknown place and to have new interactions along the way.

Movies? Damn... I should watch more of them! I watch random stuff. Here is a short list of films I watched (or rewatched lately): Totoro, Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3, The Suicide Squad, Her, Spiderman Across The Spiderverse, My Masterpiece.

To be honest I'm not reading so many books (even if Edgar Allan Poe is waiting for me), But reading much stuff from people I got in touch (articles, short stories, poetry).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
