I consider myself foremost to be a love long learner of cultures, customs, and places. I value openness, honesty, and enthusiasm when meeting new people, and try to govern my day to day life with the belief that kind acts of generosity can have profoundly positive impacts for others.

I was working full-time previously in Toronto as a cancer researcher in a government funded genomics laboratory. I recently left my job to go backpacking through Asia before moving to Europe to begin a master's degree in informatics in September.
