Hi all,
After a long time of not using Couchsurfing much, I'm now back hosting. I've lived all over Europe in the past 10 years, but currently based in Ericeira, Portugal. I've been out here for 6 months now, on a kind of "writing retreat" to finish a few projects.
Have a small house in a small village just north of Ericeira - the village is called Ribamar de Cima - and a spare room w/ a sofa bed. The house is super quiet, and the beach is 10 mins walk away. Perfect if you want to escape the hectic tourist season in town.
I'm pretty busy most of the time, so don't have all that much time to show you around, but we can go to the beach for sure.
You probably need to get a bus or taxi to my place from Ericeira - I guess the walk would take about an hour. Or, if you ask very nicely, I can come and pick you up :)
