I'm compiling a list of places to visit, so that when circumstances allow I can go travel mad.

ABOUT ME

I run my own business that gives me quite a bit of flexibility in my time, which is great. I have spent the last 16 years being married, buying houses and having kids, and whilst that was great, the urge to see the world and learn more about it has seen my life take a turn for the better.

So here I am now, ready to soak up all that life has to throw towards me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can host people in my home, but for safeties sake, only when I don't have my kids living with me.

I hope to be travelling throughout the Americas next year and hope to take up some surfing opportunities there.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had quite a few people stay with me over the past 6 months. I have loved it. I have found that depending on my workloads I can be tough to catch sometimes but I do my best to cook you dinner, and sit and have a chat about life in general.

Interests

Love the outdoors, will hit the road anytime with little notice. Will fish, dive, 4x4, eat, laugh and drink anywhere I can, with anyone who can see the lighter side of life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Live music is brilliant. Anything grungy or rock will get me nodding along. Lets face it though, if I hear it and I want to move, I like it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing my kids born was a pretty cool thing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn about more of the world. I get the feeling I am a bit naive when it comes to other cultures, and because I cannot see them all right away, I want to learn about them by proxy.

What can I teach you? I can show you how to fish, how to find a good lunch on the road, how to change a nappy, how to clean a house for money, how to be a decent Dad, you know most of the standard stuff.
