I'm an Englishman travelling the states and Canada with my girlfriend to gain some inspiration for our next endeavours. When we return to UK, We are moved to setup a businesses incorporating our interests - globally influenced food/ music/ design/ speciality ale and coffee and progressive food culture and eventually incorporating charitable aims into the structure of the business.
