In September I quit my job to travel overland through a load of Asia. I love to explore and learn about new people places and cultures. With the help of you awesome couchsurfers, I hope I can keep going on exploring!

ABOUT ME

I really love to learn about the people and culture of the place I am in, stretching from local politics to local food. I prefer to stay with couchsurfers, as I love exploring the markets and streets in your surrounding area. hope to get closer to understanding people from all around the world.

When I travel I look for the subtle beauty in things around me; fleeting moments of people interacting in the streets, the grand skylines to the humble roadside shacks (where they always have the best food!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to connect with those people who actually live and breathe their city. To learn and understand, how its alleys, highways and dwellings form the spectacular tapestry that is the city.

I love to read! I'm trying to get through the classics. I would have to say that 50s Beat Generation has changed my life!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stayed with tribal Eagle hunting family in Mongolia.

Travelled the Trans-Siberian Railway, in the lowest (and best) class.

Motorbiked from North to South of Vietnam

Street photography is a big interest of mine. But I love to learn and share new ideas about photography styles, cameras and editing.

I love to learn about art too. I often visit art galleries at home and when I travel to see the ideas and concepts of different cultures.
