About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to revolutionise human existence without using the 'revolutionise human existence' app. To think, to write, to think again, to travel, to adventure, to experience, to meet new people, to challenge inequity and prejudice and ignorance.
ABOUT ME
see below...
PHILOSOPHY
Always look to the Other, try to broaden your horizons, the project of life should absolutely not be the project of self. The way forward involves empathic understanding and collective effort.

I don't even know where to start here... perhaps just some of the top of the tree: Joyce, Beckett, Kafka, Musil, Sebald, Camus, Adorno, Hemingway, Woolf, Raymond Carver, Hamsun, Blanchot, Heidegger, Althusser, Chatwin, Hannah Arendt, Luxemburg, Walter Benjamin, Proust, Robert Walser, Camus, Pynchon, Salinger, Lorrie Moore, Gerald Murnane, Dostoyevsky, Simone Weil, Hitchcock, Tarkovsky, Godard, Zhanke Jia, Nuri Bilge Ceylan and so on and so forth... and as for music, I won't continue to bore you with further listing.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitch-hiking through the Kurdish regions of Turkey and riding a motorbike through most of Southeast Asia are both up there.
Teach, Learn, Share
