About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Making my first documentary, and building a school in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

ABOUT ME: I spent about 15 years as a golf professional in Arizona and Michigan. Now I manage my own non-profit foundation that helps young adults to overcome abuse and generational poverty through education and mentorship programs.

I took my first "real" trip out to California when I was 18. It was me and 4 friends from high school - crammed into one car driving from Michigan all the way out to the 29 Palms Marine Corps Base in Southern California - 3000 miles, non stop! It was great and I've been hooked on traveling every since.

PHILOSOPHY

Be the best "you" you can be everyday.

Music, Movies, and Books

Broad music spectrum - from Ska/Punk, Alt Country (Wilco, Band of Horses), Singer/Songwriters, Alt Rock (Social Distortion, DKM, Flogging Molly).

Movies - I like documentaries, and true life stories: Motivational stuff, or stories about inspirational people. Sorry, not a book person - too short of an attention span :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking inside a dormant volcano on an island in Lake Nicaragua.
