ABOUT ME
i'm a Kiwi travelling solo through Europe, I'm positive, sociable and easy to get along with.
I love the outdoors especially somewhere new, be it a hike through the forest, up a mountain or a casual stroll along the beach. Always open to meeting like minded people. go with the flow without overflowing.
Worked as a bartender for around 8 years now, I enjoy going to the local bars and speakeasys having a decent local craft beer, a stiff negroni or two, sampling the regions wines, food and cheeses, i love cheese!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm travelling through Europe by myself, i'm new to couchsurfing but have quite a few friends who are part of the community and swear by it.
its obviously a great way to meet new people, save costs, have fun, learn new languages and get the local knowledge. The food, the places to go and things to do that are off the beaten track.
You don't experience the culture fully by staying in hotels and going to the places marked on the main tourist route.
Interests
Food, socialising, Music of almost all forms more so when its live, festivals, the outdoors, fitness, a good game of touch rugby or volleyball on the beach, finding a place to relax with food, wine and interesting company.
