About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I’m entering my 30s soon and while it might be cliche, I feel as if I’m learning a new way of living that is deeper and more meaningful. I’m learning to be okay with unanswered questions.
ABOUT ME
I currently work for a private school in Taiwan. I am a complete nerd for history, politics, religion, architecture, music, dancing, and almost anything else. I am a student of International Relations. I love meeting new people in new places. I grew up in Georgia on the coast. Coastal living is built into me. Being far from the ocean can be difficult. Also, 🏳️🌈
PHILOSOPHY
Maybe something simple: Don’t complicate the uncomplicated.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Though I have only gone couchsurfing once, it was an amazing experience that I will always remember. The man I stayed with in Munich was very kind and gave me an experience of the city I wouldn't have received otherwise. I look forward to utilizing this more often and to meet more people around the world.
Interests
I’ve recently grown a strong interest in language, but politics and history are my go to. Im also a lover of leisure biking. For me, biking through an open field, a forest, or alongside a river is heaven. I enjoy discussions about possibilities and the future. I’m a very hopeful person when it comes to humanity, and I invest time in movements and charities that encourages understanding, improvement, and help. As well, I am not religious but I enjoy the discussion of religion on a historical basis and it’s implication on greater society. In general, I’m a very relaxed individual who can also sit in silence for long periods of time.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love most pop and house music. Many might find my taste a bit bland, but I also enjoy country music and punk rock. On a Sunday, Nina Simone will be playing all day.
As for movies/shows, my recent favorites are Midnight Mass, Don’t look up, and Vikings Valhalla.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Probably zip lining in Taiwan. It was terrifying but also spectacular.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories of my travels. I can share my perspectives on the world and what brought me to those perspectives. Unfortunately, I am a terrible cook, but I can be fun to party with (after a few drinks) :)
