My goal is start exploring the world. I just started my own production company and I am currently looking to expand my imagination and understanding of the world to improve my film work.

ABOUT ME

Hello!

I am a recent graduate of the University of Vermont, in the United States. I studied community development, applied economics, and community entrepreneurship. I've begun to put my education to use by starting a production company here in Vermont. But before I really sink my teeth into that, I need to get out and travel. I have only been to Canada, Mexico, and Jamaica - I'm drooling to see the rest of the world.

A huge part of my life is music, and I started a film project focusing on exposing musicians away from the lights and sounds of venues - the project can be viewed here: www.nakedmusicians.com

Another huge part of my life is cooking. I started working in kitchens when I was 14, and managed to work my way up as my mentor took me under his wing. I've worked in several James Beard nominated restaurants, as well as a Michelin star restaurant - I'll cook for you if you put me up! I love it!

I really enjoy meeting new people, and all sorts of social situations. I'm very clean and respectful, and love animals.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life hoping to arrive at the end with as few regrets as possible. I think life is short, but not too short because I think that mentality means taking life for granted. I try to be as open as possible, while still driving my life in the right direction.

Music, Movies, and Books

Recently I've been listening to: Sigur Ros, Radiohead, Wilco, The Books, My Morning Jacket, and my first ever pop music favorite Lady Gaga. Or at least it helped when cleaning my apartment... :)

Favorite directors: Innaratu, Scorcese, Coen Brothers, Arronofsky.

Currently reading filmmaking books, and some Beat generation.

I am a very good cook, and I am a good teacher. I could also teach a camera 101 course. Or something involving tools and materials.

I have interests in developing my green thumb!
