Overview
About Me
I'm Matteo, an Italian game developer. I grew up with two brothers (and my 43 cousins). I always like to talk with strangers, they usually have interesting and new points of view in life. After studying electrical engineering in Cagliari for a couple of years, I moved to Breda to study Game Programming.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The part I like the most about travelling is meeting new people, so I guess that by couchsurfing I can meet new people even when I'm at home.
Interests
I tend to get distracted by a lot of things, and have a lot of interests, but mainly I like video games (both making them and playing them), singing (I sang in a band and then 4 years in a classical choir) and cooking.
I sing almost everything, and cook mainly italian dishes.
I also love philosophy (epistemology and philosophy of science in particular), art (mostly Bernini and Caravaggio), and science in general.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to a lot of music genres, from classical music to rock and roll and drum n' bass, but usually I can relate more with music that I can sing.
I haven't got a proper cinema culture, I've started this year watching movies that I cannot miss (mainly Tarantino and Myiazaki).
I used to write until I was 20, so I've read a lot of books, practically anything that I could, but my favourite book is 1984 by George Orwell, though my favourite authors are Lovecraft, Asimov, and Marquez.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've learnt to sing even if I'm not a natural. I just worked hard every day till I managed to get decent, with the help of my choir director.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love talking about a lot of subjects, and people find that I'm a very easy person to talk to.
