I’m Matteo an Italian chef, I was born in Rieti a little town in centre of Italy, we have a great food tradition and I fell in love whit food. 2 years ago I decided to go away from Italy e start travelling. I worked for 1 year in Bristol UK and at the moment I’m in Chichester UK working as a chef of course. I love travel and try all kind of flavours so me and my girlfriend decided to go around the word and the next may we will be in Japan!! I love my girlfriend, basketball and chess!
