ok so ehm, even though I have a 5+ years experience on dating apps (should i write this on my CV?) I realized this platform has a different, very different way of putting yourself in your best light. A more laidback one. Here you connect interests, souls and ways of life, not sexual attraction. Can i say a more sincere one?!

And in a world that's more and more trustless, where so many things are regulated by procedures and the unforeseen, the unexpected, is taken out of the equation, this place looks like a fortress of trust. Man, you're hosting a stranger at your place, if it's not an act of faith, let it be an act of trust at least! And that's when the best connections bloom, far from the procedures and the predictable.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm approaching a trip with a goal: I'm going from Tbilisi to Istanbul w/out ever sitting on a plane. Just like the writer Tiziano Terzani told in his books, about the trips around south-east Asia, after a fortuneteller told him not to take airplanes ever again. I've been told by a turkish acquaintance that turkish people are super-hospitable (btw she's gonna host me in Ankara) and so I wanna test that out! Naturally i will also be the best guest possible ❤️
It's my first time on Couchsurfing so I'm sorry if I'm not yet totally into the platform culture and best practices but I'm eager to learn and learn from everybody I meet on my path. Enjoy!
You would be honoured to be my first reference here on Couchsurfing eheh, just kidding! It's the opposite actually!

Oh btw, I'd like to host people at my place in Tbilisi, but unfortunately I'm living in an apartment into the association where I work, which is property of Tbilisi City Hall so... no guests allowed :(

My true and big love is for metal music. If you don't know anything or much at all about this musical genre and community I would be so excited to share with you! But don't worry, i can immediately realize that i'm oversharing, and if you don't give a f++k about what the song "Lateralus" by the band TOOL and the fibonacci sequence have in common, i will recognize it 😌
What I can say in advance is that most of what people think about metal music is misconception and i'm here to prove that it is a big and loving family ❤️ It's been love for me since the middle school era, when I started listening to Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath and then System of a Down.
Otherwise, if you're a metalhead like me, let's go banging! 🤘

I'm not a big movie watcher but one I recently really liked is Poor Things. I've just watched Inside Out 2 in Tbilisi but - unfortunately! - it was only in georgian language so... yeah, i understood what I could!
My favourite tv show is Mr. Robot, which I recommend to anybody, seriously. it's really a masterpiece!

Don't ask me about the books I've read cause my memory is more similar to the one of a ladybug. What I can say is that at the moment i'm reading an essay called "generating freedom" about a perspective we could adopt to, basically, not fuck up this planet and all the living beings on it. My take is, the soft or the hard way, we'll get there eventually!

I graduated from university just the day prior to moving in Georgia for one year. I should remind myself about this accomplishment more often.

Laughs, good times, deep conversations, music, meaningful time. If you have a guitar we could improvise a jam session with pans and scoops.
P.s. i'm not the best cook but to help in the kitchen is one of the more wholesome things possible so.. i'm in.
