About Me
I'am an Erasmus student in Freiburg, Germany. At the moment I'm travelling across Europe. My destination is Beograd, where I'm volunteering with Jesuit Refugee Service.
I love dreaming in place of planning. And travelling. Slowly. That's why I decided to cross Europe by train and bus in place of flights.
Watch out! I'm not travelling alone. A natural yeast from Italy grows up and comes with me. Like the dough made up with my yeast, who needs up to 24 hours to rise, I want to travel slowly, looking for details, spending time on railway stations and baking bread with hosts.
This is my sharing project: once I'm in the town, I will "refresh" my yeast and let it rise. Then, with a mixture of flour (mine and host's) I'll make a dough. The next day we're baking together and enjoying fresh bread. I will give a piece of yeast to all my guests, together with some recipes. It's like a little pet: you can feed it with water and flour and enjoy each weekend homemade bread. Or pizza. Or cakes. And share it in turn :-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I prefer old railway stations to modern airports. And small apt to Hilton. I'm on Couchsurfing because I firmly believe in sharing.
