I am an associate researcher at the School of Sport and Health Sciences at Cardiff Met which means that I write for a living. I love it. I am somehow stuck in between endless study and creative work...beside this I like to socialise, have my fair share of fun, train a little and so on...

I like to think of myself as somebody with a sort of mystical or poetic gaze, but probably I've just got problems 😜

Love philosophising but also not too much ...

I do not appreciate copy paste requests, and I would love to MEET my guests, not just host them. For that you have propel alternatives such as hotels, hostels and the like.

This does not mean that we have to spend a lot of time together, but simply that we acknowledge each other from a place of respect and communication.

Ok, I am done with the harsh part. In real life I am all smiles and laughs beside when I do not smile and laugh.

I love beauty and truth (not the truth of extremism though, but the one defined through limits). I find them especially in nature, but not only. Also thoughts are beautiful, creative and transformative. Sometimes. Also people. Sometimes. I love to meet people, breath them in and get into their system. I love to talk, share, or just sit silently, or just sit. I love poetry, sports, nice weather and to have free time. I love to read and to have money. Less so to work if it does not move me. I love to grow (I mean to gain weight), to become the best version of myself that it is given to me to become (I mean the largest my body structure can handle). I love to see humble people 'be successfull', and arrogant ones discovery their humbleness. Perhaps there is a bit of me in both faces of the coin. I love my family. I love Life. I am grateful, confused, blessed. Sometimes afraid. Others ancient and unshakable.
