Hello, I'm an Italian chef passioned about traveling and after more then 8 years I'm back on Cauchsurfing.
I decide to take a long break from my work routine and I want to do a world tour without any limits of time.
The goal is to take time for myself, meet new people, share experiences and enjoy the freedom after more than two years of pandemic.
I will start from North America then centre America and then south America, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, South Korea, China, Mongolia, Thailand, Myanmar, India and the North Africa. More of less this is my starting idea :)
I'm in food industry since 13 years and since 4 years combined with my job I'm doing ceramics.
In my trip I want to learn and discover different lifestyles, cultures, cooking techniques, new recipes, new ingredients...
