About Me

ABOUT ME

Hello! I am Matteo, i come from Italy and now i am living in Pavia, about 30 km from Milan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that Couchsurfing is a fantastic way and opportunity to explore cultures and people from all over the world, everyone with its own story.

So I'm offering a couch to those who want a calm and peaceful place to stay while you visit Pavia or Pescara. Listening your interests, I can also tell you the places you could visit and appreciate!

Interests

Doing everything that feel me good and enjoy myself, like walking near home, in natural parks or in town, riding the cycle, playing soccer with my friends in my freetime, reading and discovering through the people local and ancient traditions of the places, cooking cakes and pasta, working as teacher and studying with the children, and much more...

Music, Movies, and Books

I like and listen different styles of music, from rock to light italian songs.
My favourite style of music is folk from all around the world (Asia, Balcan Territory in Europe, Spain, Portugal, SouthAmerica, Africa etc..). So, I like also to read travel books and trip experiences of travellers, and their story and the history of the explored places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I attended the university, I spent 6 years of my life living in a student college, where I met my best friends. I always will thank my destiny that offered me this unforgettable and exceptional experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

Maybe it will be strange, but I can make you sure that Pavia, where I live now, and Pescara, where I was born, are little known and very beautiful cities.
Pavia, about 30 Km from Milan, is not as big as Milan but it is perfect for its small size, and offers a lot of historical places and cathedrals, and the natural park of Ticino River.
Pescara, on the Adriatic coast, is friendly and welcoming to strangers and guests: here the Italian food is amazing and, during the summer, the beaches become home of all the people.

Here's a video with the main attractives that you will appreciate:
