ABOUT ME

I am an Italian guy that just got back from ten years living abroad in UK and Sweden; right now backpacking in South East Asia soul searching. I am sociable, open-mind, optimistic guy, able of serving a decent hot meal to my guests :-) Insanely passionate about food and wines, I tend to read quite a lot of books of several different genders (mainly historical, fictional, cooking and travel guides), and I enjoy good dinners with nice conversations.

We live only once, it would be stupid to stand still and not enjoy it.

I can teach basic skills of Italian cooking, and basic skills of cooking in general - can teach wine tasting :-)
