One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We were sleeping in Playa Azul, in the Mexico. Our 1976 Volkswagen Bus was parked in a little street, and just before I went to bed on the 'first-floor' (It's a pop-top roof, so you can open it and its a second double-bed), my friend that was sleeping on the van's bed told me: Hey Mathew, I think the cops are coming. So I just took a look on the window and I saw two GMCs Savannah van coming through us. One van just stops on the front of our Bus, and the other van on the back. About 15 guys went out those GMCs armed with M16 weapons, taking position all around the van and screaming in spanish (My spanish was bad at that time..). One guy just open the slide-door and started to scream a buch of things, I tried to explain him we were just sleeping there, so finally he asked my friend to go with them in one of the two GMCs and two guys came in our Volkswagen Bus with me, still with their M16. They told me to drive the car, but the funny thing is that the dishes of the supper were still on the cabinet back of my driving-seat, so I asked to those guys: Tengo k volver a la derecha o a la izquierda? And then, I started to turn at the right, and all the dishes on the cabinet started to move and went to fall on the floor, so one of the officer was trying to keep them on the cabinet. I was driving and looking on the rear view mirror, laughing like I had never laugh in my life.
