About Me

I am an Independent musician from California. I love to meet new people and am very free flowing and down to earth. My goal is to travel as many places as I can. The only sad part about life is that there are so many places I will not get to see before I die. And so many cultures and people I will not get to experience. My biggest dream is to visit Iceland. Maybe one day. I am agnostic. So I am open to pretty much any religion or political view you have. Though I do have some standards and morals that I follow but for the most part I’m an open book and pretty much talk about anything. I love conversing about everything. I love going to concerts and seeing my favorite people in their element play music. And that is my ultimate goal is to play concerts that where I am in my element sharing to the world the beautiful sounds of music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel as many places because I believe the key to learning and knowing your true self is to lay out a foundation of the world for you to experience. I think when people have an idea of who they want to be or what they want to do, but haven’t developed the time or energy to travel to places outside of their comfort zone then they are extremely at a loss Of knowledge. So my goal is to learn and grow from all walks of life. Each person I meet out of the country i alsways ask them to teach me something in their native tongue so that I can learn something from there language.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love indie music as well as 60s and 70s psychedelia and a lot of eclectic artists as well. I love indie films as well as older films too. Anything from days of wine and roses to 28 days later to Leon, The Professional

I am hugely into philosophy. So I love Harold H Titus, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Simone De Beauvoir, Socrates, Will Durant, Shakespeare and most importantly The great Dante Alighieri.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe not super amazing but I got to see my favorite band the Mowgli’s in concert and meet them and sing all of their songs with them as belligerently as I could.

I also saw Hobo Johnson recently and met him. He was so kind and signed a piece of paper for me too and gave me a hug. He is such an influence of mine.

I’ve played a show with trapt, Escape the Fate and Crazy town. Not by choice but definitely worth sharing. Had a great time and met and performed for a lot of people those nights.

Teach, Learn, Share

“Don’t be afraid of who you are” I saw this on a wall of abstract art in SF. And it really spoke to me. I’d love to tell you about it!

I think as cheesy as it sounds, my favorite quote of all time would be by Socrates “All that i know, is that I know nothing” it really speaks some truth to me and teaches me to be respectful and humble.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My love for music, my love for philosophy, my obsession with geography and traveling. My personal life stories and how they’ve helped me grow. My love for people and love for psychology and talking about how people’s mind can work. In a philosophical matter. I also have secret recipes for Italian cousins and cocktails. I can share them with you but you can’t tell anyone about it. Shhhhhhh ;)
