Overview
About Me
Not much to know other than I'm a 23 year old Brit, who enjoys travelling the world in exploration of culture with a very strong emphasis on food, my one true love.
I have a degree in Biology from the University of Leeds and have spent the year prior to travelling teaching sport at a school. With the money I have been able to accumulate, I have begun and am now thoroughly enjoying my worldwide travels. So far I have spend 7 months in Asia, followed by a year in Australia on a working holiday visa. The majority of my time has been spent in Sydney working in a hostel, meeting many weird and wonderful people!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet people from far and wide along my travels, hopefully giving me time to immerse myself in their culture and traditions, whilst sharing some of my own. Most importantly though, I'd like to make some lasting friendships across the globe

I am a very spontaneous person and willing to give almost anything a go, as you often discover new passions in something you least expect.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music can be anything from House to Classic dependant on my mood and the scenario. I do have a particular love for Motown and the 80s though.
I love watching films of all genres at home and the cinema, with popcorn being a particular vice of mine. Particular mentions go to Hot Fuzz, We Bought a Zoo, Shawshank Redemption, Star Wars and Lord of the Rings (guilty pleasure of Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging also)
TV shows include Game of Thrones, IT Crowd, Peaky Blinders, Rick and Morty, Archer, Black Mirror, Luther, Family Guy and CSI
Not so many books. I do love classics and biographies though! Currently reading 'Fatherland' by Robert Harris
