I grew up in Vancouver, Canada. After university I travelled for a year, which was a hugely important experience for me. I currently work in harm reduction and addictions research in Vancouver, but travel is always on the agenda!

Despite it being the most common answer, I truly do love artists from all genres of music. I'm a big fan of classic rock, hip‐hop, jazz, R&B, indie music, and much more. As far as movies and books I'm a sucker for stories about adventure and history. But a dumb comedy movie is never a bad option.

After finishing school I quit my job and bought a one way ticket to Europe with the intentions of travelling for as I could. It was an amazing journey that took me around the world.
