Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined couchsurfing after having left Toronto to travel for Europe for the first time. I'm excited by the prospects of meeting new people from around the world and sharing ideas and worldviews. I'm also interested in meeting with people who might be interested in showing me around the places they know best, or else just have a chat.

Thinking about interesting topics. Working through these interesting topics with other people. Esp. Philosophy, Psychology, and Religion.
L'esprit critique is important to me.

Writing in all sorts of styles - from academic prose to poetry.

Reading, watching theatre/live shows, exploring new places, learning languages, meeting cool people. eating good food, etc.

I love learning other languages. I can get by in French but I am looking to improve it. Spanish and German are next on my list.
