Whenever I travel I prefer to experience where I am instead of doing tourist attractions. A good combination of both is great though. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about things I would never know unless people open up to one another. I'm only serious when I have to be, otherwise I am usually joking and looking to laugh. I am currently in transition from having a jewelry business in Southern California to getting settled back in New York City.

I will be visiting my brother in Scotland, but wanted to spend time traveling on my own. I am learning French so I definitely wanted to visit Paris while I am in Europe. All I need is a something soft to lay on and a shower to be happy. So if I can't couch surf I will find a Hostel. I do think it would be more enjoyable to stay somewhere that I can improve my French, help you with English if you need, and meet new people. Then I can return the favor if you come to New York.
I would really love to find someone that can come climbing at Fontainebleau when I visit Paris April 24-27.

I enjoy almost all music but rock is closest to my heart. Playing the drums opened me up to a lot of different music. I also enjoy dancing when the mood is right. I can't say I have 1 particular favorite of anything. It always depends on how I'm feeling.
