Hello Courchsurfing peeps! I'm seeking a simple life of meditation and love. I'm friendly, open, patient, and good at listening. I love learning new things and meeting new people. I'm now traveling the world to experience other cultures and learn about myself. I also enjoy partying it up every once and a while. I try to live a balanced life of activity in the world and reflection with the meditation.

I have a committed Yoga and Meditation practice, and spend about an hour a day moving slloowwlly and about another hour a day sitting with my eyes closed. :) Meditation is such a great tool for cultivating happiness and equanimity. I would be happy to teach you what I know about this practice, which I learned in a Florida Ashram from a couple of Himalayan Swamis. Maybe you'll fall in love with sitting still like I have!

I've been living in San Francisco working as a product manager and software engineer, but as I've gotten deeper into my meditation practice, I can't shake the feeling that there is more to life than making money for a big company. I grew up in a happy household in Dallas, TX, got a BS in Computer Science from Yale University, and have spent the past three years as a Product Manager at Google. I left Google in March, and left for India in July.

I can do my best to teach my Yoga and Meditation practice, although I expect I'll be doing more learning than teaching in India! I can teach you how to jam on the piano or drums (it's easier than people think). I can teach you basic programming skills
