I am a tall, red bearded Aussie who is a hard working, outgoing adventurer passionate about mountains, space and fire-twirl. I’ve heard people say I am outgoing, polite and consciences. People consider me to be quirky, an extrovert; I love to have a chat around a fire sharing a beer or relax in some hammocks listening to the waves.

I grow up by the sea spending the majority of summer in the water; swimming, jet skiing and water boarding. In my teenage years I started to tinker with motorbikes. The excitement and freedom they give me has intoxicated me every since. I travel to meet interesting locals, eat fabulous exotic foods and immerse myself into unfamiliar culture and history.

Growing up in Australia, the flat, dry landscape inspired a curiosity in the opposite; mountains and the snow. Thus i'm drawn to the UK to explore the Lakes district & Northern Wales to continue my passion of Ice climbing and mountaineering. It cannot be denied I dream of fire twirling on the ice. My main goal I am working towards at the moment is to become a Guide down at the Australian base in Antarctica.
I've always been drawn to the road less traveled.

In 2015 my other half, Shazz and I embarked upon our journey to the UK the “Long Way" starting in New Zealand. We worked on the South Islands’ west coast at Franz Josef Glacier exploring the country for 10 months. We flew to Malaysia joining in Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations with our good friend and her family. We traveled the main land to Borneo and were lucky enough to see the Rainforest World Music Festival. Beginning in North Vietnam we rode our trusty Honda wins down the length of the country exploring like a local. Laos was spectacular and incredibly moving. Cambodia was an education on how to temple run, and enjoy the festivities of Buddhist Lent and Ancestor's Day. Thailand provided the greatest roads in Asia for touring, we enjoyed camping & Sailing around the National Parks, weather it was being welcomed into various motorbike clubs along the roads or stumbling into Loy Krathong we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Thailand. Myanmar offered a different comparison of Stupas & Cultural exchanges.

The best moments on the road have been my interaction with locals. I have played pool on the side of the road, learnt how to eat baked sweet potato on a mountain pass and had half a hundred people stroke my red beard. All of these memories make me smile and remember the locals who made them possible.
