Overview
About Me
I'm a 4th year American student studying abroad in the south of France for the semester. I was born in New York, raised in a suburb outside of Los Angeles, and now go to school in Berkeley, across the bay from San Francisco! I'm easygoing and adaptable, love meeting new people, learning other cultures, and sharing life experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was fortunate enough to have been able to study in France for a semester, and have traveled extensively since I arrived a couple months ago. I've been staying in hostels for most of my travels around Europe, but recently learned about CS and am extremely excited to try it out. This is the only weekend I'm able to visit Paris while I'm here and would love to have more of a 'local' experience, food / attraction tips, or just a place to crash.

Music, Movies, and Books
I can't live without music - I've gathered an amazing collection from rap/hip hop, r&b, punk/indie/classic/progressive rock, blues/jazz, classical, electronic, experimental, Soulection, and the list goes on.
I love watching movies, I'm not too picky but some of my favorites are psychological thrillers (Fight Club, Momento, Inception) and Tarantino films.
I study physics so I don't have too much free time to read casually, but I fit in a couple books a year. I've tended to read non-fictions on economic, social, and environmental issues since I'm trying to figure out my career path, but can't go too long without a good fiction.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I out drank 3 German guys in a Stockholm hostel a few weeks back, needless to say I didn't survive much longer :-)
Teach, Learn, Share
Near finished with a degree in physics, but enjoy learning about and discussing politics, art & culture; sense of humor and open-mindedness is crucial to my existence
What I Can Share with Hosts
Although I'm not too sure what my future plans look like after May 2017 graduation, I would love to welcome you to Berkeley, CA during my final semester!! also: cooking, book knowledge, life wisdom, the dopest music you'll ever find, and being a true homie
