Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet people who can show me a decent bar with cheap beer and an alright view.

Not having to fork out for a bed in a cramped hostel would be pretty cool too.

Interests

I've split the last couple of years working in ski resorts over winter with working in bars in the summer - which means I'm always up for getting to know people over a drink or two. I love playing and watching sports of all kinds and I'm always keen to get outdoors.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like listening to a variety of music, but my favourites are hip-hop and electronic music. I love to read (especially somewhere with a decent view) and I'll happily read anything from classics to fantasy to autobiographies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking to the peak of a Japanese mountain first thing in the morning and then snowboarding down through waist-deep powder.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A drink and a decent conversation! After working in hospitality for a few years I'm also pretty nifty in the kitchen and behind a bar, and I'm always keen to make a few cocktails.
