Overview
About Me
I'm a young engineer, interested in travel for the perspective it gives. Trips have gotten me through some tough times in my life, and have provided some of the real highlights too! I love talking about nerdy stuff, finding small local open mic nights, hitting museums, and dancing to name a few!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet and hang out with interesting people while I'm on the road alone, and to meet up with people traveling near my home to show them around!
Interests
My roommate at college and I have been learning off-road and trials unicycling. It's cooler than you think, but still not like, motorcycle cool. I really enjoy a good lively boardgame and playing through a pretentious indy videogame from time to time.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
Passenger, Caravan Palace, Tally Hall
Books:
The Broken Earth Trilogy, The Name of the Wind, The Humans, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Swam with bioluminescent algae in Playa Blanca, Colombia. I couldn't see this, but apparently they looked pretty cool lighting up as the water drained out of my beard, haha
Teach, Learn, Share
hey if you've got a unicycle lying around that you've never learned to ride, this could be your lucky day. Also I really love hearing about people's passions (I hosted a radio show back in college talking to people about their passions), so let's talk about you!
What I Can Share with Hosts
A friendly and open person to talk with who will take good care of your space.
