I am your average run of the mill mid-westerner. I live in Chicago, IL and love to travel and meet new people. I am not afraid of trying anything once and love to experience new things. I enjoy a fun night out or a quiet night in just depends on the evening. My favorite season is winter and I enjoy all of the activities that winter brings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of couch surfing. . . having a community of like-minded people that enjoy traveling and meeting new and interesting people. You get to see your destination city like the locals do and it also doesn't hurt that it saves me a ton of money when traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went scuba diving in the Marianas Islands in the South Pacific. It was amazing crystal clear water with tons of exotic marine life. It is probably the neatest experience of my life and is one of my most treasured memories.
