Hi, I'm Matt, I'm currently living in Croatia and volunteering in sustainable construction. I have a passion for travelling and sharing experiences with new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Having helped organise charity hitchhikes for over 600 students across Europe and completed many myself; from Sheffield to Bucharest, Sheffield to Ljubljana, from Lyon to Bergen (thank you to all the kind couch surfers along the way!) I now understand how far the generosity of others goes. The people I met along the way were some of the kindest, open-minded and hilarious people. I'm on couchsurfing ao I can meet more people who have a positive outlook on life and hopefully I'll be able to give back this generosity to others.
