I am taking some time to travel South America before I jump into a full time teaching position back in Canada. Ideally I want to pick up a job of some sort (teaching or other) and really get a sense of the local culture where I stay.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet local people in the countries that I visit. Hostels are great but I find they shelter me from meeting local people in the countries I visit - the people make the place!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - I went from metal in my youth, to rap in my teens, to electronic at the present time.

Books - Political science,neuroscience, psychology and I appreciate good fiction!
