26 years old, British. Just finished working in Singapore for 2 years now I am taking some time out to travel.

I am going to be around Singapore/Japan/Philippines/Myanmar for the next month. After that I fly into Nepal where I plan on trekking to base camp and into Tibet. Then I am getting a 47 hour train to Shanghai where I spend 9 days. After this I am getting a flight to Istanbul and travelling through Eastern Europe for a month on my way back to the UK throughout June and early July.

If money permits I plan on going to the west coast USA in August and make my way down to South America to practice my Spanish.

If you are based in any off these locations mentioned I would be delighted to meet you and we can exchange adventure travel stories over a beer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and the main reason for it are the likeminded people that I meet during my travels.

Couchsurfing is not just about saving money. For me it is the opportunity to meet and learn from people based in these interesting places that I plan to visit. One cannot beat local knowledge and I look forward to meeting you :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Actually like a bit of everything in terms of music, anything with some positive energy.

Movies would have to be anything with superheroes but also the classic old films too.

I read books when I am on the road, I like to learn from motivational people but also books like freakonomics, Bill Bryson. Not a huge fictional reader but did read LOTR and GOT.

Teach, Learn, Share

Happy to teach basic martial arts or self defence. I also like helping people with English language skills. I am good at teaching people about fitness and dieting and always love discussing travelling with people.

I would like to learn Spanish (and any other languages) and cooking skills.
