About Me

AVAILABILITY FROM SEPTEMBER 12TH TILL MID OCTOBER. LAST MINUTE REQUESTS ARE OKAY, BUT I CAN'T GUARANTEE I WILL SEE THEM.

24 y/o. American. Been living in Granada for more than 8 years now. I study physics at the University of Granada. Not sure what else to say about myself. I'm pretty easy-going and I like to have fun, be it playing football (soccer) with friends or going out for some drinks or just taking a walk around the city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a cool idea. You can meet new people from different cultures and with different points of view. Also I like the idea of helping people out with a place to stay and being helped out by others.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to Music, watch Movies and read Books. For example, Shine on you Crazy Diamond, Pulp Fiction and ... well the last book I read was To Kill a Mockingbird :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Passed level 19 of LUXOR QUEST on an old Samsung flip-phone.
More recently I learned how to fold a fitted sheet!

Teach, Learn, Share

"And let that be a lesson to you all. Nobody beats Vitas Gerulaitis 17 times in a row."
~ after beating Jimmy Connors at the January 1980 Masters. Gerulaitis had lost their previous 16 matches.

Another favorite of mine (viewer discretion advised): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1lElf7D-An8

New gem: "You can't stop consenting adults from being stupid... But we should at least try."
~food-safety expert Bill Marler

A bit more nerdy (found on stackexchange):
"The gauge group, i.e. group of symmetries, affects all equivalence classes (fibers) equally. Subtraction of a constant potential from an electrostatic potential is such a symmetry, and a huge advance for Corvid Civilization, as it lets crows sit on high tension powerlines and happily shoot the breeze together, discussing their latest thoughts on gauge theories, and declaring that "Nevermore!" shall we fear the global addition of 22kV to the electrostatic potential can change the physics of the system we belong to."
~Rod Vance

What I Can Share with Hosts

A bad sense of humor, a penchant for getting too comfortable with people too fast, and a love of drinking beer and chatting about whatever arbitrarily seems significant.
