Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. I believe in the philosophy that we are all connected in the grand scheme of things and CS allows and opportunity to share time with people you may have never met otherwise. I enjoy helping people out that are getting out of their comfort zone and traveling.

Interests

I enjoy all things outdoors. I actually can enjoy just about anything with good company. Surround yourselves with good people and your life will reflect goodness. Golf, woodworking, painting, drawing, medium walks, laughing, high fiving, volunteering, cooking, and many many more.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: Into the wild, John Updike, Willie Morris, anything by Charles Bukowski, anything historical preferably Civil War related, David Sedaris makes me laugh.

Movies: I will watch any documentary.

Music: I like folk, blues, jazz, bluegrass, if it has soul and meaning... I'll give it a listen.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have driven cross country twice and stopped only when my heart desired. It gave me a brand new perspective on national travel. This is a pretty amazing country if you take the time to look around.
