ABOUT ME

I am Matthew Pawloski, a pretty nice guy if I do say so myself. I am sort of......., of the the enviromentalist mindset, vegitarian, reduse reuse type. Love to stare at the wall/ spend time by just relaxing (laziness) and being with whichever beautiful souls that find their way into my life. I have alot of long time friends that occupy my hours as well as the new ones. I am up for an adventure its been awhile besides "HONK!" in boston, Occupy Congress weekend in D.C. and a week backpacking on the Vermont Long Trail my year has been very light on travel. As opposed to the year before where I only spent a little less than half my year at my previous home base.

I really do love the feeling of going with the flow of life and to see what happens when you don't have everything planned.

I think we are all magic god beings about to wake up. Trying to figure out what that means for me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am in Rochester, NY right now and would be happy to start hosting every once in awhile to keep life nice and interesting, I still feel new here it would be fun to explore the city with travelers.

Am looking to start traveling again, get a feel for it again. I have met a few times the cool kids at the Little Flower Collective here, gone to a potluck and had a great time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well I am new at this again. 5 years ago my best friend and I traveled the whole country in her mustang convertable and we stayed often with great couch surfers. But our joint profile is long gone but the introduction to couch surfing was wonderful. And now with the increased popularty of this site many friends and people I know are also involved here.

I mean I have been all over the American West, Mid west, South. Met some really great people and city guides. Favorites maybe...Bennie New Mexico went to a punk show danced our asses off then went to a couch surfer meet up. And maybe more recently Kansas city conversations with the head couch surfer castle guy amazing............

Mostly when I travel I meet friends and I stay with them its a sort of organic fly by your seat sort of way to do it. You never know who you will meet. Who you will become, how you might see life differently.

Interests

Interested....in anything chocolate. Hiking, swimming, music...the good kind. Maybe I just love the good kind of everything.

Burning Man.....beautiful souls I meet there, all the regionals I can get too.

Conciousness as a sort of wispy unreachable idea....you know until its not.
