Hey friends! I'm going from LA through the Pacific Northwest on my motorcycle (KLR650) via PCH. This is one of a few dry runs for a trip to South America, and I want to get a feel for this style of travel on a very minimal budget. So that means couchsurfing and camping for me. Hope we can meet and ride!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Trying to keep costs down, while experiencing more closely what the local atmosphere is like by being in the environment OF a local instead of a hotel. Some small guest houses are fun and special, and that's great too, but I thought I'd give CS a try this time to add to a mix of experiences.

Interests

I love my motorcycle, playing music, camping, photography, and meeting people. I'm very enthusiastic about local cuisines, and when I'm in a different place I love to explore the nightlife and to see what local music is like.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've managed to travel to Asia, the Middle East, all over the US and Europe on a working mans budget and it can be done. I think seeing the pyramids, the Eiffel Tower, volcanoes in Central America, the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is pretty amazing, and I didn't get rich to do it.
