ABOUT ME

Anyone who knows me calls me soda. My kids are 4,5, and 6. We like playing outside and going for hikes and adventures. We live near a small private lake and several ponds that are great for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Our property owners association has a modest clubhouse with outdoor pool, sauna, billiards and darts. Our neighborhood is in a heavily wooded area near thousands of acres of state forest and prime hiking and mountain biking terrain. I'm a social worker for the state and have been a child protective services worker for 6 years.

Interests

I enjoy reading mostly non-fiction (Outliers, Drive, Gut Feelings). I run, very slowly, in several 5k charity races each year.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living so close to the Great Lakes it is always amazing to cross the Mighty Mac and spend the night on the Island.
