We are two friends, both called Mat(t)hew, both 28 years old, living in London. We have been collaborators for the past five years, working together on art and on our lives. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing has, over the years, been a good opportunity to introduce unexpected ingredients into our lives. We have hosted, and have been hosted across Europe. By being part of couchsurfing, we want to contribute an economy of hospitality and generosity, rather than to a wasteful, bland - and, at worst, exploitative - tourist industry. We want to have experiences that we couldn't predict, and which money couldn't buy.
