ABOUT ME
I'm in love with this life; out to play and find adventure in the extreme to the mundane.
I've just finished my master's in humanitarian logistics in Helsinki and I'm back in New Orleans for a few months.

I love a good adventure and to be outside of my comfort zone, to push the bounds of what we believe is possible and grow beyond.

I am a student of life open to full exchange and telling all the secrets and tips that have contributed to me getting to where I am and finding a pathway forward. I look at the basics of life, body, money, and happiness as universal principals that can be shared. We all have our piece of the truth puzzle, what can we unlock in the exchange?

I love my body and can share everything that has helped me on the path to having a body I truly love and accept. I know a few energetic healing techniques that we can play with as-well, all that is required is an open mind and heart.
