About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Currently on a 6-month university exchange in Lund, Sweden - the plan is to meet as many people here as I can and travel as much as I can, so with luck both can happen!
ABOUT ME
I come from the thriving metropolis that is Canberra, which, as anyone who has visited, or even been in Australia can tell you, is not widely known for its buzzing city life. I'm in my third year of university, studying international relations and geography.
I like to make the most of my time - when I'm travelling I tend to spend a long time in places and get to know them as best I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've only just started, so still learning how it works, but generally I just enjoy having a good time, good food, music, people. From my one couchstay in Santiago, where I had an awesome time and made a really good friend, I think couchsurfing is a great way to properly get to know people from another country or place from wherever you come from.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
One time in Santiago, Chile, hosted by a lovely friend named Tavi :)
Interests
My main interests are guitar and music, playing soccer/football, hiking, and spending time at the beach with friends and family. I'm still somewhat new to the travelling scene - I spent 4 months in South America a few years ago, and loved it, so I'm hoping travel around Europe will be just as good! :) I'm especially keen on seeing the different landscapes that Europe has to offer.
Other than that, I'm interested in world politics and environmental changes, which I mainly pursue through my degree at university. I have small ideas of one day pursuing journalism, but for the moment I am content with reading about and seeing different countries and their politics, cultures, and geographies.

Teach, Learn, Share
I play and teach guitar, and am always wanting to learn more/teach - can always talk about Australia and our culture, and I'm always interested in meeting new people and learning about their lives and opinions of the world :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some generally passable meals, adequate banter, and perhaps a common music taste? Other than that, if you enjoy football I'm always happy to play or watch - but generally I'm open to all things, food, sports, party, conversation.
