ABOUT ME
Laid-back, open-minded, free-thinking, fruit-loving guy. I've never been one for talking about myself much, so it takes me ages to fill out forms like this.
PHILOSOPHY
It's nice to be nice :)
Interests
I think that the best activities are those that are that give you tons of energy even after hours of doing them. When several hours feel like several minutes and you've forgotten to eat or drink in ages, then you're doing the right thing. I often get this from music. I like to listen, play, write and teach. I play electric bass, guitar and anything that I can drum on. I've also been playing piano a lot lately.
Nature, animals, quiet places, exploring, walking, running, cycling, fruit, tea, veg food, freegan food, sound systems, reading, learning, unlearning, philosophising, laughing...

Music, Movies, and Books
Samsara and Baraka.
I like Jim Jarmusch films too.
I listen to too much music to list: a lot of jazz, electronic music, hip hop, downtempo, reggae/dub/dancehall. Some favourites right now are Bonobo, Emancipator, Miles Davis, Quantic, The Skints, Bob Marley, Kaya Project,
Walden (or anything by Thoreau) and Siddhartha.
I could sit and read Alan Watts' books all day long.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Standing above the clouds and watching the sunrise in Kodaikanal
Bus rides in India
Stayed with a Gwi community in Thailand, where there was a shamanic ceremony to welcome us all into the village. It was real nice.
Teach, Learn, Share
Thoughts and ideas.
I play guitar and bass, which is always good fun to teach, along with everything else I know about music.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United States
