I'm born and raised in New Zealand and have been there almost all of my life. I have traveled the country pretty extensively, and now's the time to travel the world while I'm young. I'm going to be in the United States from May 4th until August 1st traveling and having the time of my life!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I lived in a flat back in 2012 where my friend helped host around 15 couch surfers over the year we were there. I enjoyed having them stay a lot, however never had the foresight (was too chill and lazy haha) to sign up and do the whole reference thing.

Now I'm hoping to stay with a few locals throughout my time in the States because it's cool to meet people from different backgrounds, plus they always know the best stuff to do!

Into all types of music (what everyone says haha) originally got into music via Indie Rock with bands like The Killers, Arctic Monkeys, Cold War Kids, Kasabian, The White Stripes, The Strokes, Kaiser Chiefs and more. But with Radio and popular culture I've definitely expanded away from just Indie Rock as I've grown older. Like listening to older artists like Otis Reading, BB King, Beatles, Rolling Stones to newer ones like Drake, MIA, The Black Keys, Nicki Minaj, SIA, Kanye (I know he has a crazy god complex, but his music can still be cool).
